About Me :
I (Sreedhar Koganti) have several years experience in developing, architecting, and implementing applications using Microsoft technologies, with expertise in leading and managing development teams. I also have passion on teaching. As an author I have contributed to various magazines and Web sites. In spare time I moderates and answers forum questions at http://www.asp.net/forums. This is one of my smallest efforts to keep myself updated to Microsoft’s latest technologies. This Web Site is developed under dotNet environment and came into existence in 2000. First two years this website ran on a Pentium II 255 MHz machine which also acted as a mail server with all the necessary software installed in it. I am really surprised with the efficiency of Microsoft’s products and its technologies as my web site performed reasonably well in terms of speed.
This site is purposefully designed for knowledge sharing among the software developers.

When I am busy and unable to manage my site on my server, I moved it to External Hosting. Now w3coder.com as been renamed as w3coder.org

Did I mentioned about my family? I am married. My wife name is Laxmi SivaParvathi. Yes it's a very long name. But for Indian Origin it's a small name :) We have blessed with two kids.
